The Website is operated by STRIV AI L.L.C-FZ, a free zone limited liability company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (License No. 2648497.01), providing artificial-intelligence research, consultancy and development services.

Content on this Website — including service descriptions, indicative pricing and example engagements — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice of any kind. All client engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed engagement letter or master services agreement.

STRIV AI provides AI technology, research and consultancy services only. Nothing on this Website or in our services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and STRIV AI does not carry on any activity regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE, the Securities & Commodities Authority, the DFSA or the FSRA. All business and investment decisions remain solely with the client.

6. Intellectual property

Intellectual property in custom deliverables produced under a paid engagement is allocated according to the terms of that engagement; unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are assigned to the client upon full payment.
