STRIV AI L.L.C-FZ ("STRIV AI", "we", "us") is an AI research, consultancy and development firm licensed in Meydan Free Zone (License No. 2648497.01), registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the purposes of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), STRIV AI acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information you provide voluntarily — your name, company, role, email address, phone number (if provided) and the contents of your inquiry — when you contact us or request a strategy call. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
3. How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct engagements, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations in the UAE. We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of or preparation for a contract with you, and our legitimate business interests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Service providers and international transfers
We use reputable third-party providers for website hosting, email and scheduling. These providers may process data outside the UAE (typically in the EU or United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL.

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter. Records relating to client engagements are retained for the duration of the engagement and as required by UAE law for accounting and compliance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
